Looking for lift to SG20..

Howdy,

Anyone able to help carry me and my box from Wimbledon to the event (and back again?)

Compensation in the form of beer or similar seems entirely appropriate. :-)

Cheers,
David

Mwhahaha.

I don't have exams, (ever. again!) so I'll be there.

*evil grin*

Blind Man's Quake was just silly. I think we need to run it on a level without big gaping holes, though. :)

Re: Forums - your feedback

I'd like to know if any of you have noticed anything different about the forum system over the past few days, and whether it's annoyed/affected you at all. Well, the server got Slashdotted and I had to hack the Apache config to get it to scale to that many clients at once. Does that count? ;-)

I'm missing my trousers. No, seriously. Anyone who discovers a pair of dark joggers with a broken zipper on the back pocket should regard them as a biological hazard and keep them in a Class 6 containment facility (also known as "a polyethene bag") until they can be returned at the next LA...

You've not thought about this have you? Can everyone use their original CDs? No (mine's at uni for starters). Can everyone use a NoCD? Yes. I think you'll find, if you insist on legit copies then there's not going to be anyone playing. I have to side with Nick on this one. Look, after all the hassl...

Vot ist "Emergencee landink plan B"?

New plan: I'm going to come without my PC. I'll be coming down to the train station on the evening; if someone could ferry me to the venue that'd be much appreciated. :) I will be brining my new second-hand iBook but it's not really gaming-worthy -- although it could act as a wireless base station f...

Can anyone offer a lift?

Hi,

Can anyone offer a lift for my box to and from central London for SG17? If you could take me in the car at the same time that would be a bonus. :)

Naturally, I'd be willing pay some to offset the costs of petrol etc.

Cheers,

David

I'm disappointed.

Why aren't I on the list? I've got a dual-head X setup and rackmount 1-U and everything! ;-)

And bandwidth. Lots of bandwidth. *chuckles evilly*

I will eventually think of something witty for my signature.
Hopefully involving a perl script.
