There appears to have been an outbreak of shite-talkage in this thread... what fool runs a console on windows... Erm... Sega, actually. The Dreamcast runs a version of CE. Seems fine to me. Windows isn't an inherently bad thing, particularly of the hardware is of PC spec. Hell, if it was such a bad ...

From very brief research (and I've been to the pub ;) ), it seems PHP safe mode makes no difference if your only running your scripts on your server. It imposes a set of restrictions on the files you can open, system commands you can run, and the environment variables that you can set. If you're run...

Righty, Multimap URL is as follows - (Original Link distorted the table a lot :) ) The copy of the map below has the venue pointed out in huge green arrows. It's the little yellow box on the map, just next to the railway track. Your best bet is to get onto the red road coming from the top left of th...

11a uses the 5Ghz frequencies, which basically means it's quicker, but far more susceptable to noise and getting blocked by walls, etc. Tis also not yet nearly as well supported... all the stuff going in commuity networks, pubs, starbucks, etc is b.

Can you get a and b in one card? If you can, it's gonna be pricey, cos they operate on entirely different frequencies and crap... Incidentally, I got a Compaq 802.11b card (WL110, basically a rebranded orinocco card, which are great) if anyone wants it... boxed with all it's stuff for £50 quid ono. ...

BF1942 net server (and others...)

Righty... I've been pissing about a bit, and have a BF1942 server up on demand... anyone interested should idle in #sg most nights, and I'll see about getting us a few fun games running. This also goes for most stuff with a Linux server (provided it's easy to setup). To those in my department : Ask ...

Could you not have replied once? /me spots a blatant attempt at post count boostage ;) You seen my Dell ? I promise you, no Dell ever looked this good. Honestly.
