And so, it came to pass...

That on the ?rd to the ?th of <wouldn't you like to know>, there shall be much beer. And LAN-age. And general tom-foolery. That's right, kiddies, SG20 has been officially scheduled for the ?rd to the ?th. We know the dates may be a little controversial, but it's the best we're gonna get... The venue...

How to signup for SG19

Edit - This has been resurrected to a sticky topic yet again... The discussion that follows it isn't current, folks :) I know I'm gonna get questions about this, so I'll try and cover 'em now... 1 - Why? The old system relied on having 2 user accounts for the SG site. This resulted in almost everyo...

You know, for some reason I'm not suprised that Pheo's "Hi Everyone" thread has degenerated into a discussion about net porn...

Draw your own conclusion, folks ;)

Board weirdness ahoy!

Bit of heads-up to say the board may do some strange things over the next 20 mins or so, as I'm adding our signup database to it... Shouldn't have any effect at the mo, but it may...

Aha! As a board admin, no, but with a database admin tool... The world is mine ;)

Edit - For anyone who actually cares about the results of this, I added 50 to Chris's count. I feel this expresses

a) My true evaluation of Chris ;)
b) My rights as an admin. So there. :)

I notice that noone has yet voted for Chris.

I also notice that even as a board admin, you can't rig the polls in phpBB. I'm a little disappointed by this :)

Unless of course you're warming up something in the microwave, then in which case expect the whole network speed to suddenly grind to a halt. Microwave ovens use the same band as the cheaper Wireless ...

RDF News Thingy...

For anyone who uses an RDF news ready thing (such as the excellent Trillian Pro), you may be interested to know I've set up a "Most recent posts" thingy on this board.

The RDF stream can be got to at http://shotgunlan.type3b.com/forums/rdf.php for your browsing pleasure :)

Scooby Doo wasn't a good film. It was a good Scooby Doo episode.

If you watch it expecting it to be a good film, you wouldn't appreciate it. I really enjoyed it :)
