I've probably completely missed the boat here, but OpenTTD (http://sourceforge.net/projects/openttd) is a new, open source reworking of Transport Tycoon Deluxe. I think I may have seen rib and a few other playing it at the last event, but is well worth a look for those not aware of it. Note that it needs a copy of Transport Tycoon Deluxe, but this can be obtained from The Underdogs...

Transport Tycoon was a cool game but I hope the next one is more challenging.....

All your rail networks may have looked pretty rib but I made more money :P

pretty, efficient, future proofed, expensive but at the same time more fun to play with :d anyone can do an A-B game, but only masters can produce rail networks that i produce..

oh shit, i cant believe were talking about trains.
