Morning all,

I don't know if anyone uses these spiffy RSS feed reader thingys at all, but I've recently got hold of one... Many moons ago, I installed an RSS plugin thingy for phpbb here, and now that I want to use it, I've made it work again :)

I've been extending the base plugin a bit as well, so it does proper RSS 2.0, although I'm not quite done with that yet, and you'll probably see "test" values around for a few days... Feedback on how it looks in various RSS readers would be nice too. My personal favorite is RSS Bandit

The feed can be found at http://www.shotgunlan.com/forums/rdf.php

Comments/suggestions?

Other than my own RSS feed (huh) and most of the BBC feeds, I have one for The Register simply because they still hate MS...

I use Desktop Sidebar for the feeds on the 2nd monitor...

Personally, I've just started using Bloglines. It's free, & web based (which means I can use it at work) although there are links to programs that'll let you download this sort of thing to your desktop. :)

PS. If anybody wants a list of feeds, I've spent the best part of about 4 hours trawling through all the sites I usually look at on a weekly/daily basis & have set them up on the above site...
