Post by Oysterizer »

The next two HGLAN events have been confirmed!

The next event shall be held on

3rd-5th December 2004

The one after shall be held on

4th-6th February 2005

At both events, expect to see the usual ultra fast GigE Backboned network, games galore, pub lunches and friendly attendees.

See the HGLAN website at http://www.hglan.co.uk for more details.

STOP PRESS: We are now fortunate enough to have sponsorship from Dex Systems, Digital Jesters, Codemasters and Microsoft which should make this a great lan.

Just a brief note, in american campaign style:

My Name is Pete, and I endorse this message.

Had some bits to do with HG many years ago, and they were a wonderful bunch :)

Paddyboy still about? Used to chat to him every now and again...

HG = Hallowed Ground indeed. Why I know not, you'll have to ask Pads and Scalper about that one :)

Thanks for letting Oyst pimp HG here. I was just going through my referral logs and noticed a fair amount of traffic coming from here

The LAN is being held next weekend and there are still a few spots left. We also have a large number of prizes details of which are here. Naturally anyone from here would be more than welcome :)
