Having just got a spiffy Creative Zen thing (20Gb iPod clone), I'm trying to fill it. Suggestions for truly great albums of your favourite genres? No shite pop please... I don't wish to offend it.
And no shite "NME 100 greatest albums of all time" style art wank either.

while prodigy were good, after the loooong gap between fat of the land and there latest...well "attempt" i cant really see them getting back on form, after the departure of one of the band they seem to have lost the magic and tbh looks like they are finished.
however more in the same field of music, electric that is, i can wholeheartedly offer up Aphex Twin.
while some of his stuff is pretty obscure, its still no doubt all the master work of a twisted genius
on more "normal" forms of music id suggest any and all placebo natch, also heavily weighted proportions of the undertones (after hearing "jimmy jimmy" on the old grey whistle test the other night really got back into them) the lead singer of the undertones has a really original sounding voice.
also anything john peel would reccomend as he is the outright authority on taste imo

Simple, slap as much Neil Young on it as you can manage...
